At CEC, we strongly believe that training is the cornerstone of an effective Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety Management System. Training in the proper performance of task is time and money well spent.

Businesses should view training as an investment, rather than an expense. An effective training program can eliminate or minimize incidents, injuries and illnesses. In return it can result in increased moral, higher productivity and an overall positive influence on the “bottom line”. Furthermore, many (DOSH, DOE, AELB, etc.) statutory requirements and standards explicitly require employees to be trained in the environmental, health and safety aspects of their jobs.
